This position combines candidate outreach, qualification, follow-up, and placement support across available transportation opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Communicate with CDL driver applicants and prospective candidates
- Conduct initial recruiting and qualification conversations
- Maintain active recruiting pipelines
- Follow up with drivers throughout the application process
- Review candidate experience and location information
- Match qualified applicants with available opportunities
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting notes
- Support driver placement and hiring activity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent follow-up and organization
- Comfortable speaking with professional drivers
- Ability to manage multiple candidates
- Familiarity with recruiting systems and online communication tools
- Trucking, recruiting, sales, or transportation experience is helpful
- CDL driving experience can be valuable for understanding driver needs
