Associate Inventory Specialist

As an Associate Inventory Specialist, you’ll keep materials moving smoothly by tracking orders, managing shipments, and ensuring inventory is accurate across our main warehouse and technician locations. You’ll receive, ship, transfer, and organize materials while helping assemble and pre-program equipment that keeps our teams in thefield running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, learning new products, and being hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ship, receive, and store energy field service hardware toensure Field Technicians have the materials needed for installations and service repairs
• Fill material work order requests and track shipments tosupport timely and accurate field operations
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory across the main warehouse and multiple technician warehouses
• Receive and log new material from vendors and returned materials from technicians

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency
• Effective communication skills, with both internal personnel and external clients and vendors

• Prior warehouse experience
