This innovative, sustainability-focused manufacturer is seeking a talented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. In this role, you’ll work heavily with journal entries, requiring strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of debits and credits. It’s an ideal opportunity for an early‑career accounting professional eager to learn, grow, and build a strong technical foundation within a supportive and collaborative finance team.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Journal entries, reconciliations, and all things GL
• Partner with the senior staff accountant on additional GL responsibilities
• Assist with the month‑end
• Ad hoc accounting projects

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• 1+ years of staff accounting/GL experience
• Understanding of debits and credits
• Great communication and client relations experience
• Independent and driven to take the initiative
• Excellent critical‑thinking skills
• An AA or BA in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred

Where and How Much:

• Target pay rate: $28 - $32/hr
