Description

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local construction company seeking a bookkeeper.

The Bookkeeper should have at least 7 years of experience and have experience in the construction industry.

The Bookkeeper should have a positive personality and be a team player.

Requirements - A minimum of 7 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the construction industry.

- Proficiency in Quick Books and other accounting software.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Experience with AIA billing and construction-related financial processes.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing independent tasks.

- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
