Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.

- Manage bookkeeping responsibilities for clients, ensuring their financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

- Utilize CCH Pro System Fx software to streamline tax preparation and reporting processes.

- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide tailored financial advice.

- Stay informed on changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and provide accurate guidance.

- Work closely with the team to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Assist clients in tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.

- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all deliverables.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping.

- Proficiency in preparing individual and corporate tax returns.

- Hands-on experience with CCH Pro System Fx or similar tax software.

- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication abilities for collaborating with clients and team members.

- CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA credentials is highly desirable.
