Project Accountant

Salary: $75k-$85K + Bonus Potential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hybrid schedule, flexible full-time hours

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:

• Review contracts to ensure billing terms, schedules of values, and retention requirements are accurate

• Set up and manage projects and work orders in Spectrum, including billing coordination

• Partner with project managers to track progress, change orders, and billing timelines

• Process and input billing based on project estimates and contract terms

• Maintain accurate project data and support AR/collections processes

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

• 3+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience

• Strong understanding of general accounting principles

• Experience with Excel and ERP systems (Spectrum preferred)

• Background in B2B collections and resolving outstanding receivables
