Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Manage B2B collections for transportation and equipment leasing accounts

• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent balances

• Monitor aging reports and track account activity

• Handle the full collections lifecycle from outreach through escalations

• Collaborate with internal teams on account resolution and recovery

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 5+ years of commercial collections or Accounts Receivable Specialist experience

• Background in transportation, equipment finance, banking, or construction preferred

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• Demonstrated success managing business-to-business collections
