Accounting Specialist – Carbondale, CO
The Accounting Specialist in Carbondale, CO will work directly with the Vice President of Operations & Finance and the Senior Director of Finance to assist in day‑to‑day management of accounting responsibilities. This person shall provide insight and be proactive in improving systems, processes, and operations. The role is responsible for processing agency financial transactions and reporting. The responsibilities include:
- Posting transactions to accounting journals
- Managing accounts payable
- Client invoicing
- Account reconciliation
- Providing general administrative support
Job status: Full‑time
Education level: 4‑year degree required
Experience level: Some experience required
