Carter Mackenzie is partnering with Broomfield based tech company that is growing smartly. They are an industry leader in their space and have grown organically for over 10 years. This person will join a collaborative team and report directly to the Controller who is one of those unique leaders who understands how to bring her people together to meet the financial and operational goals of the company.
Whatyou will be doing:
- Assist with all aspects of the month-end close process.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Completing account reconciliations and providing variance analysis
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Help mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA eligible
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong Accounting background and a thorough understanding of US GAAP
- Proficient with ERP systems (Net Suite or Sage)
