Position: Bilingual (Spanish) Office Manager
Location: Henderson

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: Up to $27.00/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of a fast-paced plant environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative support, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and providing outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and clients. The Office Manager plays a key role in driving overall plant efficiency and supporting both operational and HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring complete and timely resolution.
  • Partner with plant leadership to establish and maintain customer and vendor accounts.
  • Support the new hire process in coordination with the Recruiter and HR Onboarding team.
  • Manage the local accounts payable process, including creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and communicating with vendors and corporate accounting.
  • Oversee the local accounts receivable process to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including payroll, production, and shipping & receiving data.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining bulletin boards, and dispatching drivers.
  • Order and track office supplies, PPE, and first-aid inventory.
  • Coordinate and complete administrative projects to support plant operations and leadership.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Four-year degree or 3–5 years of relevant administrative/office management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a customer service–focused role
    .
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
    .
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments is highly preferred.
