Clinic Coordinator – Buena Vista, Colorado, US

Your Role in Our Mission

As the face of our Buena Vista location, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As our go‑to person for clients, visitors, and staff, you will ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in helping our team understand company policies and ensuring a compliant on‑site environment.

What

You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day

You will manage the daily scheduling, handle last‑minute changes, and communicate with both staff and clients. Coordinating training schedules will also be part of your responsibilities. You will help maintain an inviting and well‑organized clinic space by overseeing supply management, scheduling contractors, and ensuring the facility is well‑kept and safe. You will also have the opportunity to plan and execute staff appreciation initiatives, contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture, and engage with community events to raise awareness of our services and employment opportunities.

The role includes handling unexpected administrative needs as they arise.

You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both clear and compassionate, are essential. A team‑oriented and proactive attitude will help you thrive in this role, where you’ll collaborate closely with our broader administrative and clinical teams to ensure the best possible service quality and client satisfaction.

Extra Considerations
  • Bilingual fluency
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in office administration, healthcare coordination, management, or customer service roles
