Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open‑air amphitheatre. It is one of the world’s most iconic music venues and is known for its natural beauty and acoustics. Jobs at Aramark within Red Rocks Park serve top‑tier guests and clients who expect a high level of service and hospitality.

The Human Resources Assistant is a full‑time position that supports the Human Resources Management team with a range of administrative tasks, including recruitment, staffing, onboarding, employee/NPO check‑in, and event‑day support. This role requires a cheerful, professional interaction with customers, visitors, and staff. The schedule is event‑based; applicants must be available to work all events, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and may be asked to assist at other Aramark‑operated venues in the Denver metro area.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25.49 to $25.49.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitates all aspects of hourly recruitment, including posting job requisitions, scheduling interviews and hiring fairs, sending paperwork, and onboarding.
  • Sources new nonprofit groups and submits vetting requests.
  • Assists the staffing team with event preparations, on‑site event day check‑in support, and reconciliation of event day operations.
  • Communicates event details to employees and nonprofit volunteers.
  • Creates staffing assignments, schedules employees in the payroll system, prepares nonprofit event day packets, and delivers paperwork to assigned locations.
  • Performs event day operations including setup, employee check‑in, roster reconciliation, and closing duties.
  • Finalizes event day reconciliation 24 hours post event.
  • Performs administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assists management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
  • Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.
  • Maintains office memos and informative postings.
  • Operates technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office.
  • Assists at the Denver Coliseum in the winter; the Denver Coliseum is a union venue.
  • Supports the Staffing Manager with union duties such as maintaining seniority lists, union dues, and other union tasks.
Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older (required).
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail; requires frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
  • Ability to work late evenings and close events for HR.
