Position SummaryThe Senior Coordinator of Administration is responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative and operational functions that support the ministry, staff, volunteers, and daily activities of the church. This role serves as a key point of coordination for church communications, scheduling, volunteers, vendors, events, and office operations while supporting the mission and values of Grace Fellowship Church. This is a full‑time exempt position requiring flexibility, professionalism, confidentiality, and a collaborative team approach.
ScheduleThis is a full‑time exempt position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with required onsite presence in the office during scheduled work hours. Flexibility in scheduling may occasionally be required to support church events, meetings, and ministry operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day church administrative operations
- Prepare and distribute weekly church newsletters and communications
- Maintain church member records and confidential files
- Process volunteer background checks confidentially and efficiently
- Coordinate volunteers and ensure coverage for weekly services
- Supervise the Coordinator of Volunteer Programming
- Schedule meetings and maintain the Senior Pastor’s calendar
- Coordinate vendor services, contracts, invoices, and event logistics
- Purchase and organize supplies for services, meetings, and events
- Assist with special projects, Bible studies, church events, and ministry initiatives
- Welcome and assist church members, visitors, and community guests
- Support church leadership with administrative, organizational, and communication needs
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
- Previous supervisory, volunteer coordination, or office operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Comfortable working with technology, databases, websites, and general office systems
- Friendly, flexible, and team‑oriented with a heart for serving others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits- Pay Range: $58,000 - $64,000.00
