To provide administrative support to either a specific position and/or location/department through a variety of communication and clerical related functions. To provide on-site direct support to the site staff and students in the overall management and operation of the school, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment. Assist with a wide range of tasks, including overseeing student discipline and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Physical Presence:
Must be able to maintain a regular on-site presence to effectively support students, collaborate with colleagues, and fulfill the responsibilities of the role. While virtual work may be permitted based on specific site needs and work responsibilities, the ability to be physically present at designated locations as needed is essential to the successful execution of this position's duties.
Enrollment Duties
Recruitment & Retention:
- Ability to utilize marketing materials to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders about GOAL High School, policies and programs offered.
- Monitor all student exits, exit surveys, transfers, and re-enrollments.
- Facilitate the enrollment process from application submission through fully completed and accurate enrollment paperwork and coding.
- Facilitate record requests for incoming students.
- Maintain all student documents.
- Support health compliance
- Facilitate small vehicle checkouts, weekly inspections, certifications, and scheduled maintenance.
- Manage site compliance and safety.
- Manage student computer inventory including check-in and check-out process.
- Collect and track all technology deposits and payments required.
- Order and maintain all site supplies.
- Support the Site Assessment Coordinator in testing where applicable.
- Assist for all walk-in traffic, site phone calls, and application management.
- Foster a clean, caring, supportive, and personalized environment.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of staff, student, and parent communications and record keeping.
- Maintain a working knowledge of programs and services available to students to communicate with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to complete correspondence, generate reports, manage multiple calendars, and multi-task other clerical functions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated history working with technology at the proficiency level including application of various office programs (Spreadsheets, Word Documents, Slides, Internet, calendars, and databases)
- Proficient work history in verbal and written communication skills which could include drafting documents for a wide variety of audiences.
