Receptionist - Closes

Closing Date: Position closes at 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on 6/26/26.

This position performs reception duties for the Southern Ute Tribal organization, including, but not limited to, operation of the telephone switchboard, greeting visitors, providing information about the Tribal government, and referring callers or visitors to the appropriate office for assistance. Performs clerical duties for the Tribal Information Services Director and other Departmental Divisions as needed, including mail processing and distribution. This job is a grade N6;

pay is $17.05/hour.

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have 6 months experience in a clerical or receptionist capacity.
• Must have computer experience in software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License for state of residency and be insurable under the Tribal vehicle insurance policy.
• Must pass a thorough criminal history background check and pre-employment drug test.

• Knowledge of postal rates and use of postage machines.
• Experience with mail processing.
• Familiarity with Cisco telephone operation.
