Healthcare Administration, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Provides support to GMA Administration. Completes data analysis and reporting. Assists credentialing company in obtaining necessary documentation from GMA providers. Serves as backup for the Accounting Specialist. Coordinates with Vendors Managers, Administrators and staff for all GMA benefits Manges the Practice Administrators schedule and meeting requests.
Strong communication and motivational abilities that support GMA Administration in achieving organizational goals. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred, along with the capacity to learn additional software essential for meeting both position-specific and organizational objectives. Possesses a basic understanding of HR laws and employee benefits.
Education:
High School Diploma
Preferred Experience:
At least one year of experience in healthcare or office support.
Compensation details: 19-25 Hourly Wage
