Job Title
Secretarial position to replace an agent. The position may become permanent within 6 months. The commune of 1300 inhabitants and SISCO are looking for an EXPERIENCED secretary for a part-time position (between 20 and 24 hours per week). Position to be filled as soon as possible to replace an agent on leave. Initial contract of 6 months, renewable. Mastery of Berger Levrault is indispensable.
Duties include town hall secretary tasks: deliberations, recording meeting minutes, compiling grant dossiers, mandates and titles, payroll, following up on staff files, and handling elections.
Organized and autonomous person. Versatility and availability will be required. Diplomacy and discretion will be essential to welcome users. Internal training will be provided.
Additional InformationContract duration: 6 months. Submission of a cover letter and CV, previous experience in a town hall would be appreciated.
Legal BasisArt. L332-13 of the General Code of Public Service - Only a contractual employee can be hired for this position as it is a replacement for an agent. The proposed contract is for a fixed term, within the limit of the absence duration of the replaced agent.
