Administrative Assistant, Absolutely Floored, Silverthorne, CO, $23 to $28/hour
Absolutely Floored is a family owned flooring company serving Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Frisco, and the greater Summit County market, with a steady flow of 10 to 12 projects a week. We're hiring a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to be the front door of our office: fielding leads, running the schedule, supporting the sales team with invoicing and quoting, and keeping our commercial accounts on track.
Whatyou'll do
- Field and route new leads, manage the office and showroom calendar, and be the first point of contact for clients.
- Support the sales team with quoting and invoicing, and keep CRM and billing records current.
- Track commercial bids and invoices, and stay in regular contact with builder finance contacts.
- 1 to 2 years of office admin, reception, or customer service experience.
- Organized, detail oriented, comfortable with a high volume of calls and emails.
- Friendly and clear communicator, an upbeat client first attitude.
$23 to $28 per hour, based on experience, plus paid time off and wellness benefits.
