• Experience leading technician teams, managing shop workflow, and ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge of dealership operations, repair order flow, quality control, and technician performance management.
• Ability to balance hands‑on repair work with leadership responsibilities in a high‑volume service environment.
