About the Shop

The shop is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician in Colorado to join a family-owned automotive repair team that has served its community for nearly 30 years. This position starts at $20/hour and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. You'll work in a modern, climate-controlled facility servicing gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles while receiving hands-on support and ongoing professional training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, routine maintenance, fluid checks, and fluid top-offs.
• Rotate tires, repair flat tires, and perform tire mounting and balancing.
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document completed services accurately.
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle preparation and basic automotive repairs.
• Keep service bays, work areas, tools, lifts, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Support shop operations during slower periods, including recycling, tire-storage organization, equipment cleaning, shop improvement projects, and parking lot maintenance.
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed to support an efficient shop workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of automotive service or repair experience REQUIRED
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to move and position items weighing up to 75 pounds and work in standing, bending, and kneeling positions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive shop.
• Reliable and punctual attendance during the stated schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing automotive repair skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20/hour.
