What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and develop a sales team to meet and exceed company sales and profit goals
  • Conduct sales calls with direct reports to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze business strategies impacting growth and finances alongside management and sales force
  • Develop and track sales programs, establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Recruit and continuously train sales staff in techniques, time management, and market dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must reside within the designated territory covering Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Texas, and Colorado
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, typically requiring a BS/BA in a relevant discipline
  • Recent experience in sales management with proven leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required for operation of a company or personal vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certification in sales management or a related field
  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience negotiating pricing and product availability with vendors
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales programs
  • Ability to analyze and investigate business solutions effectively
