Overview:
The Project Management team streamlines processes to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with company goals. This role focuses on improving tooling, workflows, and processes across the business to increase transparency, standardization, and consistency.

• Evaluate technologies, processes, and resources to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure and maintain Atlassian spaces based on requests from owners and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate new tooling and features for potential implementation.
• Collaborate with PM leadership to create, implement, and maintain new tooling and processes across organizations.
• Project‑manage rollouts: monitor progress, surface blockers, coordinate cross‑team efforts, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Draft and format large‑scale communications as directed by PM leadership.
• Project‑manage additional relevant projects as needed.

• 2+ years of Atlassian global administration experience.
• 2+ years of Project Management or related roles.
• Experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Background with Product, Engineering, or related functions preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguity.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a bias for results and scalable process building.
• Analytical rigor to balance insights with pragmatic execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across functions.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

• Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (location, experience, skills, and internal equity)
