What You’ll Do
  • Create, maintain, and communicate product/account forecast by generate a detailed sales plan by material for each key account.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Support and execute the collaborative account planning process for North America’s key accounts with Sales.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure the material level forecast supports the account targets.
  • Responsible for routine reporting to sales representatives including ATP, channel excess, bookings by season, shipments by month, open orders, etc.
  • Prepare sales meeting materials and forecast templates for sales representatives to input seasonal plans by assisting the channel team in developing seasonal financial targets.
  • Roll up data to validate top-down targets.
  • Manage reconciliation between bottom‑up plans and targets in order to monitor and evaluate the performance of account plans.
  • Analyze POS data to assist Accounts in managing their business—ensuring margin and turn goals are met by identifying opportunities and liabilities in customer inventory.
  • Monthly and seasonal analysis of account consumption against plan (pre‑books and at‑once) to then leverage forecast accuracy metrics and customer metrics to drive forecast improvements.
  • Utilize and measure key category, marketing/merchandising, and customer information as inputs to the planning process.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize pre‑season planning and manage demand shifts in‑season.
  • Provide input to the development of wholesale planning reporting and analytics activities to ensure account productivity and optimal inventory investment.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of demand drivers and ensure that plans are calibrated accordingly.
  • Compile quarterly hindsight reports by account for use in future assortment planning and replenishment forecasting.
  • Develop, maintain, and assess the financial health of the account plan (season/monthly levels).
  • Work closely with Demand Planning to understand inventory risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure that Supply Planning constraints are appropriately accounted for in the Sales Forecast.
  • Provide an executive overview of the plans to the merchandising, planning, and management teams, identifying deviations, potential risks, or opportunities in the business.
  • Develop and update seasonal account profiles collaboratively with internal and external teams.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5+ years in planning OTB / Demand within a digital environment; highly desirable to be within an Omni‑Channel setting particularly in the apparel / footwear business. Direct‑to‑consumer experience preferred, preferably in e‑commerce.
  • Understanding of Digital Customer experience and key players (Amazon, Zappos, eBay, etc.)
  • Understanding of demand, supply, service, and other S&OP / IBP principals.
  • Strong analytical capabilities using both systemic and Excel based tools.
