Job Title

Job Description:

Support in the different projects and processes within Finance and Operations UWS.

Main Functions:

• Review and validate policies in the different internal systems.
• Review daily the corresponding system and verify the assigned requirements meeting the established metrics and standards.
• Conciliate sales information with received collections, facilitating the availability of information for the involved areas.
• Follow up and correct the policy endorsal branch in internal applications.
• Build and update daily the sales information structure.
• Keep updated the information of the sponsors for the collection area.
• Update reports in Power Pivot.
• Perform other functions of its department that are within its competence and others that are not, expressly assigned.

Academic Background:

• Last semesters of Accounting and Auditing, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related careers.

Additional Knowledge:

• Intermediate-Advanced Excel
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Basic Power BI knowledge.
