Temp General Analyst – Commercial Operations (Onsite)

Fort Collins, CO
$32.00–$34.00/hour

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Analyst to support a growing Commercial Operations team in Fort Collins. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, strong in Excel, and comfortable learning and working within systems such as Salesforce and ERP platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting business operations from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily commercial operations activities using systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, and Excel

  • Assist with order processing, quoting, account updates, and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity data

  • Ensure data integrity across systems by reviewing and updating records as needed

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Excel reports, trackers, and data summaries

  • Provide support for Salesforce-related activities, including updating users, maintaining data, and assisting with reports and dashboards

  • Collaborate with teams across sales, customer service, finance, and operations to gather information and resolve issues

  • Identify data discrepancies or process gaps and help implement solutions for improved accuracy

  • Document processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across recurring tasks

  • Take ownership of assigned work and follow through to completion with minimal oversight

  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and working with large data sets

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently

  • Experience working with business systems such as CRM, ERP, or reporting platforms

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Salesforce, particularly in an administrative or support capacity

  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or data management within Salesforce

  • Previous experience with order entry, quoting, or commercial operations workflows

  • Experience analyzing or reconciling data across multiple systems

  • Exposure to sales operations, finance operations, or business analytics

Additional Details:
  • Pay: $32.00–$34.00/hour

    Onsite in Fort Collins, CO

  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
