Position: Leasing Consultant (80453)
Location: Idledale

Adecco is hiring for a Leasing Consultant with a local client in Littleton, CO! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below:

  • Payrate: $20.41–$22.00 per hour

  • Schedule:

    Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective residents.

  • Manage and track leasing applications, gather required documents, and ensure compliance with housing regulations.

  • Schedule and conduct property tours, answer questions, and follow up with applicants.

  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs and communication with maintenance.

  • Assist with recertifications and maintain accurate, organized resident files.

  • Support the property management team with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of leasing or property management experience.

  • Experience with subsidized housing programs LIHTC or public housing.

  • Valid Colorado Drivers License

  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Details: $20.14 to $22.00 per hour
