BOOKKEEPING​/ACCOUNTING

Bored with your job or sitting at home we are looking for a self motivated DETAIL oriented person, good with numbers for Book Keeping, data entry, filing, answering phones, assisting customers, Billing and accepting payments, online billing. Being familiar with using multi line phones, faxing, e mailing. Use of Quick Books a plus, Excel, Word, Proper telephone etiquette, people skills for customer interaction.

Accounting knowledge and background is needed for this job.

It is necessary to have a clean driver license throughout employment. Must pass a FDLE background check and drug test. We are a zero tolerance drug employer. Monday thru Friday 8am to 5:00pm.
