As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will step into a unique role that blends product ownership with deep customer partnership. You will work side by side with a leading global endurance event organizer, turning real race‑day challenges into scalable, high‑impact solutions across registration, payments and operations. In this role, you’ll embed with a key client, own the product roadmap and drive delivery across a multi‑phase platform build. You will translate real‑world needs into powerful solutions, align teams around outcomes and create a platform that elevates how events are managed and experienced, helping shape the future of commerce in events and participation.

• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for a strategic client engagement, delivering a multi‑phase platform that meets real business and operational needs
• Translate client goals and real‑world event scenarios into clear, measurable product requirements that drive successful outcomes
• Build and prioritise a high‑impact backlog, ensuring development focuses on the features that deliver the greatest value and meet key milestones
• Lead cross‑functional delivery across multiple development teams, aligning priorities and sequencing releases to achieve on‑time, high‑quality launches
• Drive product decisions by balancing scope, timelines and business impact, ensuring commitments stay aligned with the statement of work
• Create seamless payment and commerce experiences across registration, checkout and race‑day operations, enabling reliable and scalable transactions
• Influence stakeholders through clear communication of progress, risks and trade‑offs, building trust and momentum across teams
• Deliver successful launch outcomes, including readiness planning, user acceptance testing and post‑launch optimisation for critical event functionality

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions
• Experience working closely with clients or in embedded, customer‑facing roles, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment
• Strong ability to define product requirements, including writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment
• Experience coordinating multiple development teams and managing dependencies across complex projects
• Solid understanding of SaaS and e‑commerce platforms, including payments, APIs and third‑party integrations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners
• A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast‑paced environments
