Job SummaryAs a Ticket Checker, you will play an essential role on the Lift Experience Team, creating an end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. You will greet guests by name and validate their access, providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring product integrity.

- Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile
- Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts
- Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to manage lift lines safely and load lifts efficiently
- Maintain and secure departmental equipment - scan devices, radios, etc.
- Escalate issues to leadership as they arise
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for the entire shift
- May need to provide some of their own gear
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner

A Ticket Checker team member is a flexible employee who may work across multiple departments to support the one-resort mentality, including Lift Operations, Mountain Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket sales, and Base Area Operation.
The pay range is $20.00/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labor. Minors hired into this position will not engage in activities restricted to adult workers.
