Position Overview:

Support defense growth strategy through pipeline development, capture planning, and contracting pathway analysis. Help the company identify and pursue government opportunities, support proposals, and track potential contracts. This is similar to requirements development or acquisition planning work in the military.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active duty within 180 days of separation
• Relevant leadership or operational experience
• Strong communication skills
• U.S. Person status required

Compensation (If hired after the internship):
Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000. The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs. In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:
