You will define strategy and roadmaps for futures and derivatives across DCM and FCM surfaces, shaping workflows, margins, and lifecycle to enable traders to manage risk with speed and accuracy. You will lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, risk, compliance, and ops, run research with traders, and own metrics around volume, retention, and cadence.
