Work Order Coordinator
System One is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Work Order Coordinator to support internal business operations by managing and reconciling backlog work orders. This role is responsible for reviewing assigned work order lists, completing required actions, tracking progress, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Review, reconcile, and process backlog work orders.
- Complete assigned work items in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track progress and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding work order status and required actions.
- Collaborate with project coordinators and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact completion timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience managing or processing work orders.
- Previous experience in a utility, power, or energy-related environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Monday and Friday - Onsite:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - Flexible start times within standard business hours.
- Some team members begin as early as 6:00 AM.
- No evening, overnight, on-call, or overtime work is anticipated.
