Account Management Operations Manager

Tru Stile Doors LLC, a leader in premium architectural doors, seeks an Account Management Operations Manager to optimize how we serve key dealer and commercial accounts. In this role, you will streamline order-to-delivery workflows, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and on-time performance. You'll coordinate closely with sales, production, and logistics, leveraging CRM/ERP data to drive insights and process improvements. Ideal candidates bring manufacturing or production experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for customer service, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily account management operations supporting key dealer and commercial customers.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.
• Analyze account performance, service levels, and order data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement and refine processes, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee accurate pricing, quoting, and order entry within CRM/ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for account operations workflows.
• Support forecasting and demand planning with data from key accounts.
• Partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives in service and operations.
• Train and support internal teams on account operations processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety and quality standards.
