The Vendor & Continuity Coordinator effectively coordinates and provides support to Vendor Management and Business Continuity Program activities to achieve effective program operation and support of coworkers participating in the programs. This role requires an employee who can think critically, effectively manage many tasks at one time, be very detail oriented, have the desire to help coworkers with tasks that the program requires, and work independently for a large portion of the assigned tasks.

• Assist legal department management with the administration of the vendor management program, including program design, maintenance, and reporting.
• Assist vendor owners with their vendor relationships throughout the life cycle of a relationship including onboarding, due diligence, performance metrics monitoring and reporting, escalations, and termination.
• Assist legal counsel in the review of contract and agreements.
• Maintain and enhance the Business Continuity Program, including annual updates to the business impact analysis, department documentation, and tabletop exercises including reporting and remediation tracking.
• Maintain the systems for vendor management, business continuity, and other legal department systems.

Associate General Counsel

This role does not have supervisory responsibility

• A four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
• Two years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and credit union operations.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercise sound professional judgment, and safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
• General knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of applications (outlook, power point, word, excel, teams).
