YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center is inviting applicants to join the Elevate Gap Program for Spring 2027. This unique semester blends paid work in guest services (housekeeping/food service) with outdoor adventures, workshops, and personal growth in the Colorado Rockies.
You’ll work at least 32 hours per week, live on-site in staff dormitories, and participate in leadership and service activities designed to boost confidence and purpose.
