Equipment Operator – Marker Hill Construction

Marker Hill Construction is a local company based in Winter Park, Colorado, specializing in high-quality site work, excavation, and infrastructure projects throughout our mountain community.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating heavy equipment, working outdoors, and contributing directly to meaningful projects from the ground up. As an Equipment Operator you will:

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, graders, and haul trucks for excavation, grading, utilities, roadwork, site preparation, and winter snow removal.
• Work closely with foremen and crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of equipment operation experience.
• Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
