Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and construction management software. This role requires someone who can effectively manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality work on construction sites.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical team on-site.
• Interpret and build electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as Project Sight to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

• Experience completing municipal treatment projects or other industrial projects preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical field, preferably as an Electrical Supervisor or similar position.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with construction management software including Project Sight and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)
• Electrical experience: 5 years (Required)
• Leadership: 5 years (Required)
• Industrial construction: 1 year (Preferred)
