About the Role
Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project Henderson Mill, located in Parshall, CO, near Silver throne. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
- Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
- Perform materials handling and storage.
- Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews.
- Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
- Perform good manual dexterity and multi‑limbed coordination.
- Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.
- Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
