Construction Manager/ Foreman, Heavy Equipment Operator

Landscape Construction Foreman
CDI is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead commercial landscape construction crews throughout the Denver Metro area. This position is responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating daily production, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Install and oversee irrigation, hardscape, retaining walls, plantings, and site improvements.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Complete daily reports and communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
- 3+ years of landscape construction experience.
- Previous crew leadership or foreman experience.
- Ability to read construction plans.
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and related equipment.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
