We are seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects, with an emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, technical, and secure facility work.

This position is ideal for a field leader who can independently run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience
• Prior Superintendent experience
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, mission-critical, healthcare, data center, or technical commercial projects preferred
• Procore experience required
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation
• Experience managing T&M work
• OSHA 30 preferred
