We're hiring an experienced Labor Foreman to lead crews on a large-scale hotel construction project in Telluride, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience who can effectively supervise labor crews, maintain safety standards, and keep work progressing on schedule.

• Lead and supervise a crew of construction laborers
• Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks
• Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, grading, and material handling
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements
• Communicate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor crew productivity, attendance, and jobsite performance
• Train and mentor laborers on proper jobsite procedures
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Previous experience as a Labor Foreman, Lead Laborer, or Construction Foreman
• Commercial construction experience required
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities
• Experience with site work, demolition, concrete, grading, and general construction tasks
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Outdoor work in mountain and high-altitude conditions
• Large commercial hotel construction project
• Frequent lifting, walking, climbing, bending, and working on uneven terrain
• Winter construction and snow removal activities may be required

• $40/hour (DOE)
• Housing provided
• $50/day per diem paid 7 days per week
• 3-year project duration
