Coordinate daily project schedules to maintain strict alignment with federal timelines and budgets.

Oversee concrete mix deliveries and placement to guarantee compliance with project guidelines.

Inspect ongoing formwork and reinforcing steel setup to ensure total structural integrity.

Resolve real-time technical placement challenges on the jobsite to prevent costly project delays.

Mentor field crew members to elevate workmanship standards and reinforce strict safety protocols.

Enforce all federal construction safety compliance regulations across active outdoor project zones.

Comprehensive, in-depth understanding of concrete installation workflows from flatwork to wall systems.

Strong internal drive and proven ability to manage site operations autonomously as a self-driven leader.

Willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to national project locations.

Direct capability to lead outdoor field personnel under variable weather and environmental conditions.

5+ years of related work experience specifically within concrete construction or field supervision.

Prior experience supervising crews on active federal or municipal government contract sites.
