Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Construction / Advanced Technology Projects:

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, closeout, and warranty turnover.

• Manage project financial performance, schedules, scope, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new project opportunities and supporting account growth.

• Oversee estimating, proposals, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, change orders, and contract administration.

• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and technical project delivery activities.

• Mentor junior project staff and provide leadership on project execution, risk management, and customer engagement.

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, engineering, estimating, field leadership, or a related technical discipline.

• Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, change management, field coordination, and customer relationships.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, hydronic systems, controls/BAS, commissioning, and mechanical construction practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
