About You

As the Digital Graphic Design Specialist, you are a key part of our creative team, owning the design of core digital communication channels and bringing fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and attention to detail to every project. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end design of email, web and app content, SMS, and loyalty communications, ensuring a cohesive, compelling, and high‑performing digital experience across the customer journey.

You bring a strong understanding of digital‑first design, including working within design systems, templates, and responsive environments. You’re comfortable translating brand and business goals into scalable, high‑impact digital assets, iterating based on feedback and performance, and working at pace without sacrificing quality. A hands‑on and collaborative teammate, you’re curious about new tools and trends and are always looking for ways to elevate the work while staying grounded in brand standards.

Your Day in the Life
  • Partner with the creative team to understand brand direction, strategies, and objectives, translating them into cohesive, high‑quality digital executions across owned channels.
  • Expert in maintaining and evolving the Noodles & Company brand across various digital marketing channels – web, app, email, SMS, loyalty program(s), and social.
  • Strong ability to uphold brand standards in every project while consistently delivering creative and inspired executions within established guidelines.
  • Serve as a brand steward for digital channels, delivering inspired executions while upholding brand standards and templates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, CRM, and channel leads to understand needs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Brainstorm, create, and present engaging design concepts.
  • Bring a digital‑first mindset and natural curiosity for design, tools, and emerging technology, proactively identifying ways to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and strengthen creative output.
  • Comfortable receiving direction and feedback, then executing individual projects independently, taking initiative, and communicating to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Support occasional presentation design and data visualization needs.
What You Bring to the Team
  • 2+ years of agency or in‑house experience in omni‑channel art direction or design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Knowledge of design principles and cross‑channel best practices, including layout, typography, color theory, composition & current design trends.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and how they can be integrated into design workflows.
  • Experience with web and mobile UI/UX.
  • Motion design or video asset creation experience using tools such as After Effects or Adobe Premiere is a plus.
  • Experience creating GIFs for CRM communications is a plus.
