Proposed hiring rate of $2,323.00 to $2,416.53+ biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

The Videographer is a key member of the creative team within the marketing department. The primary responsibility is to create industry‑leading video and photo content consistent with the Copper Mountain brand to enhance the marketing team’s efforts and the resort as a whole. The role captures, edits and manages all of Copper’s photo and video assets from start to finish, working in coordination with the Sr.
Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Design team, Marketing Supervisor and other stakeholders. The Videographer also handles internal video and photo requests for other business units and ensures real‑time, brand‑aligned content for social media, digital advertising, website, email and resort promotions, with a focus on Instagram, You Tube and You Tube Shorts.
- Video & Photo Capture – Fulfill daily photo and video capture requests; manage a master list of capture needs; identify gaps in Copper’s libraries and update content throughout the season; manage Copper’s ski model program and coordinate with models; organize photo and video shoots; capture content during events and competitions; produce content plans and manage shotlists, timelines and asset delivery.
- Video Asset Creation – Complete multiple short‑form video projects per month (fresh snow, skiing/riding action, mountain biking, hiking, events, in‑village activations, etc.); understand short‑form storytelling and hit key messaging goals; produce six or more paid‑media video flights per year; manage Copper’s You Tube account and ensure timely publishing of channel‑aligned content.
- Asset Management – Maintain Copper’s digital asset library, organize and tag assets, keep them up to date and accessible; perform backups of footage, photos, motion graphics and working files.
- General Marketing Support – Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager, events team and public relations to support daily, weekly and long‑term projects; stay educated on new trends and technologies; support the social media coordinator with coverage and maintenance of social accounts; provide content for the website and email; work well with other business units to fulfill needs on time.
- Other Duties as Assigned – Adapt to changing responsibilities; act as an ambassador of Copper Mountain; participate in the Front Line Assist program and leadership events.

- Advanced skier or snowboarder; ability to capture content while riding.
