• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the organization's goals and target audience.
• Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, preferably in a hybrid or on-site capacity.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
• Ability to create and curate compelling content, including basic graphic design and video editing skills.

• Must be based in or able to commute to Saint Petersburg, United States; remote-only applicants will not be considered.
