We are seeking qualified customer service representatives who are passionate about service and have strong people skills. The role involves operating equipment, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Flexible schedules are available for full‑time, part‑time, and shift work.

• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare product to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Work to a schedule.
• Maintain a clean image and adhere to standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; have transportation.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking short distances for short durations.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team members. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in. high.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available after 3 p.m.
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
