Facilities - Recreation Assistant

General Purpose

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

The hiring range is $23.51 - 26.12 / hourly. Join our dynamic team at the Recreation Center as a Recreation Assistant - Facilities! Under the guidance of our dedicated Recreation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in training and supervising our front desk staff, ensuring that our community receives outstanding customer service and accurate information.

We are looking for a reliable individual to open the rec centers in the morning. Additionally, you will support rentals, bookings, setups, payment collection, calling renters, and managing all logistics involved. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment, possess strong conflict resolution skills, and have a flexible attitude, we want to hear from you!

Schedule for the position
:
Tuesday - Friday 4:30 am - 1:30 pm
Saturday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

Requires high school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience. Must have experience in telephone courtesy, cash handling and customer service; computer experience and skills in Windows and MS Office software applications. Must possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date. Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license and supply motor vehicle record prior to hire.
