First National Bank is coming to Custer County in October.

Provides exceptional customer service while supporting the financial center's goals through relationship building, cross-selling, and daily operational support. • Promotes bank products and services to customers and prospects to support business growth and referrals.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
• Actively participates in sales initiatives, team meetings, and other motivational activities.
• Utilizes available tools, resources, and reports to support proactive selling efforts.
• Meets or exceeds established referral goals.

• Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and other interactions.
• Develops effective working relationships with team members and other departments to support financial center goals.

• Provides consistent, high-quality customer service in all interactions, both in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrates professionalism and promotes a positive image of the bank.
• Supports and reflects FNB Core Values, Quality Standards, and culture in all customer interactions.

• Processes deposit and loan transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Follows all security procedures and operational guidelines.
• Complies with all applicable federal, state, and bank regulations and laws.

• Accurately handles cash and balances drawer within established limits.
• Assists with additional operational duties, including vault balancing and other branch support functions as needed.

• Maintains knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures.
• Participates in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.

• Represents the bank with a positive and professional image in all interactions.
• Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability in daily responsibilities.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
