From October to January each year, Ascot Racecourse comes alivewith some of our biggest race day events, including the Melbourne Cup, The Pinnacles and Perth Cup. PRS has also beenprovidingpremium security and event services for manyregional race clubs and other events throughout WA since 2005.

We are currently seeking Event staff who have experience in Ticket Selling, and Entry Staff at the turnstiles for the 2026-27

Ascot Racing Carnival commencing on 10 October 2026.

Reporting to the Security Management team or delegate you willbe working with a professional and dynamic group of people toprovide an exceptional level of customer service to our patrons and clients.

• Oversee the facilitation of patron, vehicle and equine ingress
• Respond to customer enquiries including distribution oftickets for functions
• Accurately records attendance figures
• Accurate and efficient cash handling
  
  Scanning of Tickets
• Provide high level of customer service

• Cash Handling experience (Desirable)

• Sound interpersonal, verbal communication skills
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team
• Be effective, efficient, and reliable in a variety of situations
